ABOUT ME

I am a dedicated osteopath who is passionate about helping people feel their best at every stage of life. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and believe that good health starts with understanding each individual’s body, lifestyle, and concerns.

I have a special interest in paediatrics and women’s health, supporting babies, children, and women through the many physical changes that occur throughout life. My approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to each patient, with the aim of relieving discomfort, improving movement, and promoting long-term wellbeing.

I pride myself on creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel listened to, understood, and confident in their care. Whether you are seeking help with a specific issue or looking to maintain your overall health, I am here to help you move more comfortably and live more fully.

Specific Clinical Approaches

Osteopathy is a primary healthcare approach that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. It aims to improve mobility and support the body’s natural function. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have ongoing or concerning symptoms, please consult your GP.

Adult Osteopathy

Osteopathy focuses on supporting the body’s muscles and joints to improve movement, reduce discomfort, and promote overall physical wellbeing. It may help with:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Joint and muscle discomfort

  • Postural strain and desk-related tension

  • Minor sports injuries (such as strains and sprains)

  • Tension-type headaches

  • Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal discomfort

  • General stiffness and reduced mobility

Womans Health

Osteopathy may support women through different stages of life by helping with musculoskeletal changes and physical discomfort. It may help with:

  • Pregnancy-related back, hip, and pelvic discomfort

  • Postural changes during and after pregnancy

  • Postnatal musculoskeletal recovery

  • General pelvic, hip, and lower back tension

  • Discomfort associated with hormonal or lifestyle changes

Paediatric Osteopathy

Osteopathy may support babies and children by helping with comfort, movement, and general musculoskeletal development. Treatment is gentle and adapted to each stage of growth. It may help with:

  • General muscle tension and stiffness

  • Postural asymmetries (e.g. head or body preference)

  • Feeding-related tension (comfort and positioning)

  • Minor strains associated with growth and activity

  • Support for movement and physical development

  • General comfort and relaxation
